Each tablet of Bio-Magnesium contains 200 mg of magnesium as follows: magnesium acetate (19 mg), magnesium carbonate (86 mg) and magnesium hydroxide (95 mg) which ensure a good absorbability. Magnesium acetate, despite its relatively low content, is especially valuable, because it can be absorbed by individuals who have reduced quantities of stomach acids. Magnesium is an important mineral that is involved in more than 300 enzyme processes in the body, e.g. enzyme processes that affect the energy metabolism.
