Alldress is a multi-layered, sterile, secondary composite wound dressing. From the skin outward, the layers are: a low adherent contact layer; an absorbent wicking layer; a non-woven fabric tape; and a semi-permeable waterproof film. It can be used as a cover dressing for many types of wounds including those in the necrotic (black), inflammatory (yellow), and granulating (red) phases of healing. The multi-layered design provides an optimal environment for wound healing in a dressing that is easy to use and comfortable during wear and removal.
