The Backfriend is a combined back rest and seat base which can be used to improve posture and comfort in a variety of locations, home, office, car, train or even aeroplane. Designed with orthopaedic and ergonomic considerations, the back friend is shaped to give firm, comfortable lumbar support. It is easy to adjust to suit individual needs but maintains the correct curve for good back care. Covered in a durable black fabric and available in standard or deluxe (padded version for extra comfort). The Backfriend folds for transport and a cut out handgrip makes it easy to carry. Only by moulding could we make such a superbly slim support which doesn`t place the lumbar spine into extension as is so often the case. It fits snugly into the car or any seat requiring added support in the low back. Visco elastic memory foam ensures this is supremely comfortable in use.
